How To Do Anything in the World: 1 Thing

Oh, you've got to have it. If you don't know where it is, find it. You can find it by following what you're interested in. What gets you excited? What do you love to talk about? What do you love? What do you love to read about it? Think about? If you don't know, maybe go back to your childhood and try to remember something you really wanted to do then. It's passion, which is a really exciting version of love.

My passion: yoga, nutrition and consciousness as a means of raising frequencies. Mine and other people's too.

If you can make a job out of your passion, your life will mostly be bouts of challenging, maybe even scary fun like a roller coaster. Your life will be like a theme park. Not a theme park for you as an adult, but a theme park for your child-self.

When I'm about to begin a workshop, I feel like I'm on the top of a peak on a roller coaster. I feel the anticipation, the nervousness, the courage, the excitatory fun of the beginning of a ride. This is how I know I love what I do.

This Saturday I held the Open Heart Workshop at the Alluvian Spa. Wonderful people showed up and left feeling really good. That's all I could ask for. I had this overwhelming sense of appreciation to God. I taught them something. I gave them something very valuable. Thank you for this. I love people. I love the subject-matter. I love the outcomes to come. I love that I might be improving people's health and teaching them techniques to help them with their stressful lives in this stressful world.

I am passionate. And I am so grateful. Grateful for the power, people and things in place in my life that make this happen for me.

It's not always this way. But it is mostly. There are things around my work that cause a little anxiety, but I know that I love it. I love it because I feel passionate. And that energy drives me and helps me to enliven other people.
