A friend got in touch with me, asking about how to get into positive energy. She was asking how to lift herself up to abundance. My answer to that is this whole website. 

But I felt that in her question, she was feeling stuck. She was feeling down. And I feel her pain. I've felt stuck so many times. And the truth that I know to be true is that we are always very close to abundance. We ARE abundance.

We are abundant life. We are abundant light. We are abundant love. But it's hard to know that when you've had messages of scarcity and fear all your life. A lot of people are in this place of being blocked. 

My friend, you are not alone. We all feel blocked and are blocked to some degree. This makes us feel stuck. 

We know inherently, in our hearts, the love is all around. That life is everywhere. That opportunities are endless. But we also know that we are not available to any of it somehow. This is because there is a block, which is made of fear. This fear is holding you back somewhere. 

It is the fear that we must walk through. So this meditation attempts to calm the mind, heart and body so that we may soften and listen. And then ask questions like, "Where are am I blocking myself?", "How am I blocking myself?", "Where are my blocks?", "What are my fears?". 

Then to ask questions from the still power within you like, "Where are my opportunities?", "What are my opportunities?", and pronouncing, "Show me my opportunities." 

When you ask a logical, intentional question and also expect an answer, you will get an answer. Remember to listen, to soften to get into the flow as much as possible. The answers will come to you in their own time. In their own perfect time. 

MEDITATION:

On this site, I offer short, guided meditations that address specific issues and themes. I use a lot of different techniques from breath work to visualization and mudra. Though I know the benefit of guided meditations, there is a lot to be said for meditating without guidance, and instead either meditating in silence or with music/sound.
