7-Minute Meditation to Transcend Judgment
This quick meditation takes you into body and mind, like all others.
But there’s an intent watchfulness with this one. See if you can stay awake to see every little judgment about past, present and future.
Then we are able to see that most of our thoughts are, in fact, judgments. This is good. This is bad.
When looking at the world this way, we are just trying to see what’s in it for us. What does this mean for me? It’s bad for me. It’s good for me. Etcetera.
But this is not love. Love is the opposite of judgment because judgment is based on fear. We label people, situations, places and things because we need to make sense of them.
See if you can use this little meditation practice to watch this tendency and rise above it.
