Life is supposed to be fun. This is a game. We’re supposed to play.
Find a way to really soften and relax.
Use your best breathing and inner sensitivity to feel the inner body.
Use your imagination to feel the joy of fun, and to bring it into your own life.
Don’t be afraid to smile or laugh or move during this meditation.
Feel the vibration of joy, of pure fun within you. Life is supposed to be this way (at least half of the time).
