Breath Focus: Day 4 of the 21-Day Meditation Transformation
Day 4 is 5 minutes long and all about concentration. This is the last day we will focus entirely on the breath. Of course, we will use the breath over and over again, but today is your last chance to focus entirely on the breath alone.
A big part of this meditation is choosing your strongest point of contact with the breath. This is the place you go to instantly and intuitively to feel the breath most strongly. This is the place where you feel the breath the most. Don't think about it too much, and you don't have to stay in this one place throughout the entire meditation.
