This is a beautiful time of year. It’s really a privilege to be able to watch things sprout and bloom.

This time of year is not a cliche time of year to start fresh. It’s not cliche, it’s biological. You are no different from any other creature receiving rain and sunshine and sprouting colorfully with creativity. We are connected to all that is, and I like to flow with the seasons.

So use this meditation during spring or any time of year to start fresh, using a specific awareness and pranayama technique.
