Clear Your Aura & Let Go: 9-Minute Meditation
This meditation takes a lot of honesty about what is bringing you down, what is holding back your Life. Involving breath work to clear the field, we strongly create spaciousness on a victorious inhale and then exhale with victorious breath to clear the system of resistance, easily letting go of what which holds us back.
Notice that resistance to what holds you back only adds another layer of hardness., only dirties the aura more. In clearing the field, we use the detoxifying breath of Ujjayi Pranayama to release both what holds us back and the resistance to it.
Acceptance is first, and then we can release the resistance.
