Day 1 of the 21-Day Meditation Transformation!! I want this to really be wonderful both for those who are starting out with meditation and those who are already practicing but have a beautiful beginner's mind or people like me who just are always trying their damndest to get back to the cushion, and are tired of their own excuses! Whether you're taking part in the free course or not, I'm glad you're here, and this meditation is the perfect stepping stone to bring you to the cushion.
It's nice to meditate at the beginning of the day, and just in case you are, I have included a little morning-starter segment. But this meditation is great for any time of the day as they all are. 5 minutes long.
