Feel Better Fast: 7-Minute Meditation
Sometimes we just have to stop. Stop what you’re doing if you feel bad. Nothing you do in this state is going to do any good to anyone, especially not you.
Whatever the reason for a bad mood or a negative state, you can come back. You can settle into a higher vibration of at least acceptance, which produces feelings of peace. You can even try for some sort of vibration close to love and gratitude if you’d like.
Give this short meditation a try. Be prepared to go right within and rest for a moment. Be prepared to sit in stillness while turning your thoughts around for 7 minutes.
