It: The spark of God - the still, light-filled center of you that is the charge and the plug connected to the universe - the soul of you from where all consciousness, power, love, and creativity flow. Fill up. 

We start by softening and centering. We come to the breath and let it take us within, right to the center, which is probably physically located in the solar plexus.

The center of us is light and stillness and power. It is from this place that we receive from the universe, through the place of the soul and it is through this place that we give to the world. 

As we deepen and lengthen the breath, use the breath to ignite and charge the power in your soul and then with the exhale, we send that light, love and creativity of the center all over the body from crown to head. Then we'll send even outside of us, into our magnetic field, to charge the aura.

In this way, we fill ourselves up. And then we can let it flow out of us into the world, where we can be conscious, hold space, love and create.

MEDITATION:
