There are three parts to this meditation as bring healing to body, mind, and heart (emotions).

But we use one mudra, the mahamayuri mudra which helps to open the crown chakra, so it symbolizes energetically over the millenia connection to the Divine.

The Divine spark is always inside of us - this is what call the soul, the Life within that animates us. It is disconnection with this divinity, with Life that makes us suffer, that causes dysfunction, fracture or tear which is what we need healing from.

We use mantras that help to connect us to the soul, to Life with each part as we focus on body, mind and heart.

Then we bring it all together in the end, as we relax and open up to healing, having brought the light of loving awareness to the 3 capacities of our soul (physical, mental and emotional).

  • The second week's meditations will be 10 minutes long and will focus on Mind & Mantra. Habit is forming, getting stronger.

 

  • We finally work our way into 15-minute meditations that incorporate Gratitude, Love & Visualization. These meditations are powerful. I challenge you to make it to this week.
