I'm So Excited: 9-Minute Meditation

I love meditations that bring law of attraction into play. Sharpening the imagination is crucial in co-creating our lives. And then feeling is a huge part of that. Feeling is what the imagination stirs, and that feeling that you get is so powerful. It can aid you in accomplishing any goals.

The first part of this meditation is crucial to come into the body and empty the mind. Emptying the mind is necessary for the imagination to take full effect. This is also necessary to see clearly  what comes to mind and to grab onto the first thing you see when prompted.

Try to relax as much as possible so that you can easily access the memory when it comes. It is helpful to be aware of the belly and heart when asked to feel a sensation from long ago.

When it comes to excitement about a planned future event, fully see that event and feel your excitement around it: how wonderful will it be? 

Then, finally, you must really exercise the imagination to pick just one goal of the next year or two to make happen in your mind. See it and hear it with as much detail as possible. Feel that old childlike excitement, jump into the true and authentic feeling of expectation from the planned future event.

Treat the accomplished goal as a planned future event, treat it with the anticipation from childhood. Be playful, expectant, happy and just overjoyed with gratitude that you get to do this, accomplish that!

This is law of attraction because creating the feeling of excitement and expectation and happiness can bring what you want directly to you! Just be sure not to become too attached. Be happy no matter what!
