You can do this meditation however you’re comfortable, sitting down and lying down, as long as you can bring all your focus into your body, from the inside.

Bring all your attention to the most important places of the body. We’ll start with the lower torso and work our way up, bringing the light of consciousness to all the most sensitive places of the body and the immune system.

Eventually, we start to bring mantras to the important cells of our immune system and nervous system, talking to our body with emotion and love.

Bringing attention brings love, brings nourishment. You can grow the light of your attention to be so strong that it’s cleansing and powerful. So vibrant for the body.

  • We finally work our way into 15-minute meditations that incorporate Gratitude, Love & Visualization. These meditations are powerful. I challenge you to make it to this week.
