Sometimes there’s too much holding, tension and cold inside the body. But you have a fire inside you - you can melt away your own coldness and tension trapped inside your fascia and muscles.

It helps anyway to get in touch with the internal fire, to know where it is.

Use visualization if you can’t immediately feel your fire within when instructed. This helps more than you would think.

A little self-massage never hurts, either.
