Next Thought: 10-Minute Mind Meditation - Day 9 of the 21-Day Meditation Transformation

This meditation is the simplest and most straightforward way to pay attention to the mind and to become the witness of your own personality, beliefs, and, of course, thoughts. Your thoughts can truly impact not only your relationships, but your relationship with life. So it is important to keep a close eye on your thoughts because thoughts become words, words become actions, etc. know the saying. 

But it's true. 

So we are going to take the fast, easiest route to watching the mind and calming it too with this 10-minute mind meditation: Next Thought. I will keep prompting you throughout the meditation to look at the next thought. This is meant to bring you back from any reverie your mind might have immersed you in at any moment. 

We know how powerful the mind can be in taking the attention away. We are trying to take a little attention back with this meditation. There is no hard trying with this one, just straightforward looking right at the mind and its thoughts.
