  • best done in the morning or anytime you need to reset

  • best done standing

  • a chakra is a vortex of swirling energy along your spine

  • universal energy flows through these points

  • chakras need to be aligned and some need to be slowed or hastened in how they spin energy into your being

  • giving loving attention to each chakra is the best way to align and balance these energy centers
