You are a Radio Tower: 12-Minute Meditation

Take a seat, sitting as tall as a tower, heart lifted. Face and upper body completely soft.

First, we anchor into the present moment via the breath. With the awareness that comes from the present moment, we take an honest look at what's going in the mind. What is your next thought? With this awareness, the thoughts dissipate, individual ones bursting like bubbles into nothingness. 

From here, we choose one desire. The one in your life you want the most. What is it that you want to be, do, have? However you are able to grasp it, sense it in some way. Can you visualize? If not, can you hear it? Can you feel it? Taste it, smell it? 

Get clear what message you want to send out into the universe. Sense your goal, your desire as clearly as possible. 

The only way to send out this message is through emotion. Love, gratitude, enthusiasm, excitement, joy - these are the go-to positive emotions that power up the frequency and transmit the message into the world, where things will start working in your favor. The feeling emits the message out. The higher and stronger the positive emotion, the higher it goes out into the world. 

So sit tall and imagine the message being powered by your positive feelings out into the sky, shining and vibrating from your mind out into the universe, straight up out of the crown of your head. 

Once you get it strongly out there and marinate in that for a little bit, you have to be able to happily let it go. Don't pull it back down into your mind. Let it go, let it fly. 

MEDITATION:

On this site, I offer short, guided meditations that address specific issues and themes. I use a lot of different techniques from breath work to visualization to mudras. Though I know the benefit of guided meditations, there is a lot to be said for meditating without guidance, and instead either meditating in silence or with music/sound.
