You Are Our Sunshine: 11-Minute Meditation for Light & Warmth

It’s true that there’s a piece of star within all of this.

So in this meditation, as we get breathe into the body to get into it, as we get still enough to feel and dig within, we find that light-filled place in our center, the power that runs all of our bodily functions and heats the entire body.

Find a comfortable seated position and try your best to get still and enjoy this meditation, a little over 11 minutes but powerful in every way, especially in cold weather months.

This meditation is both energizing and grounding, and is good for any time of day, but especially the morning as the sun comes up.
