Your Experience: 11-Minute Meditation
We begin by using breath and awareness to feel into any experience we were having before we took our seats, then we use breath and awareness to clean the slate and empty ourselves of any prior experience.
Then we sit back like an audience to our own movie, practicing watching and witnessing whatever comes into our physical, emotional or mental landscape.
Eventually, we get to rest in the clear, light space of the soul where we can relax in complete receptivity. We can accept all experience, all thoughts, all sensations, all emotions, all beliefs. We can let experience come in and move right through us.
The point of life is experience, is education through experience. Meditation is the perfect practice for being receptive to the experience of life. Your practice is your practice.
