15 minutes long: you may or may not need a block, but if would be nice to have one on hand or something that can substitute for a block. 

Start your day right: short vinyasa yoga flow with some sun salutation variations, core work, heart openers, and a handstand to get some blood flow into the brain! Watch this every morning and set your intention for a wonderful day!

Really use your breath during this video to invigorate your body for your day. 

Sun salutes are a little different. Then we'll do a little bit of core work with side plank and leg lifts. Then we'll have camel for a heart opener and counter that with rabbit - taking the spine in all kinds of directions.
