17-Minute Flow to Refine Your Attention & Enhance Your Whole Life {+ Pranayama}

This is a powerful practice! We start by charging the core and then use this charge to find the sense of aliveness at our center, which is different for everyone. The center is usually somewhere between the neck and the navel. Look especially in the area of the solar plexus and heart. 

You will feel a strong sense of energy in your center after the core work and during the meditation. Be as sensitive as possible to find this place and once you find it, we will reside there for the rest of the practice. This is your center, the soul of you. The place from where all your animation, light and life comes. This is the place from where your attention flows. This is the seat of consciousness that animates your whole body, brain and so your mind. 

Then we move on to the standing poses, which help us to achieve our goals of aiming our attention in the right directions (the 3 different directions).
