17-Minute Yoga Flow to Heal Women
All levels, no props.
This is a flow class to honor women, to bring women into themselves in order to feel any pain or fear that’s there to feel and flowing with the breath to move it out.
Using a move flow to honor our connection to the moon and the ocean, we flow from standing half moon to crescent lunge to open the hips in anjaneyasana, and then a variation of warrior 2, warrior 2 with a pulled bow.
Then half moon and a swaying goddess pose with an important mudra for women. Breathing in through the nose, and concentrating on the exhale, breathing out strongly through the mouth.
We do the other side and end up in goddess pose one last time, standing in our truth, honoring our divinity and creativity, our connection to nature.
We end with a deep and calm savasana, preparing to go out into the world with love and power.
