20-Minute Yoga Flow for Sadness or Depression

Sadness that does not move through your psyche and brain becomes depression. So let's breathe and flow and get any stuck low vibration energy out of you through this short flow.

We start a deeply breathing squatting practice in which we open up the heart when we stand and clean out the hips when we squat. After a few rounds of that, moving into a bridge pose variation that opens up the hips and stimulates the thyroid. 

Then we try wheel to open the heart and turn things upside down. 

Then a camel countered by a rabbit. A small tutorial on vajrasana variations. Followed by puppy pose or anahatasana.
