Bhastrika Pranayama: Bellows Breath Tutorial
This pranayama is great for calming the mind and nervous system. Wonderful for clearing the mind and enhancing focus. Two variations of bellows breath in this video. Don't try this if you have any heart conditions, hypertension, or are pregnant.
This pranayama consists of a full inhale that completely fills up the lungs followed by a fast, forceful exhale. 10 repetitions in a round, 2 rounds here. Second round is the more traditional variation. Inhale is always through the nose.
