Props needed: bolster and block or some kind of substitute of both. This class is all-levels.
Literally chilling and calming down after any workout or inflammation of any kind (mental, emotional like anger, physical).
Try Sheetali or Sheetkari Pranayama to bring coolness to the physical body and mind.
We'll breathe through 4 beautifully calming restorative poses using the props, including supported paschimotanasana, supported child's pose, supported supta Baddha konasana, and supported bridge pose.
