Lazy, Happy Yoga: 20-Minute Restorative Class
Props needed: A block, a strap, and a bolster.
Easy, level 1 class with those props. Mic is a little tinny at first, but past that is a simple, relaxing class with minimal effort.
Savasana is cut off so continue for as long as you like, using the mantra and/or breath to center yourself into the content to be lazy now.
Here's to being lazy. Here's to being happy. Content and happy to do nothing. Sometimes we need to stick it to the busyness of this world and enjoy the fullness of our being.
Using happy baby with strap and minimal effort, supported bridge pose to balance the thyroid, lazy bow pose with the strap and supported child's pose.
Take it easy, rest in the breath and be content in the simplicity and emptiness of the moment. It's okay to do nothing. It's good to be lazy sometimes. Embrace it and enjoy this practice!
One thing I would like to say here is that Manduka is my favorite yoga brand. I’m using a different mat here because I keep my Manduka at the studio, but my favorite mat and all other props are all Manduka, coming from a yoga teacher who’s tried a lot of stuff.
