Murcha Pranayama Tutorial: Try Swooning Breath
This quick tutorial will teach you how to do a variation of murcha pranayama or swooning breath. It's recommended that you try other forms of pranayama first if you're a beginner.
This is a more advanced form of pranayama and if you're pregnant, have any type of mental or heart condition, please go with a gentler breathing technique.
We start with counts of 5, but if you're more advanced, you should do other longer counts on subsequent rounds.
