The Go-To Yoga Flow: Energize and Collect Yourself
A good yoga flow for all levels with modifications available for more advanced students. Props aren't needed.
We start with some pranayama to awaken kundalini with breath of fire kapalabhati. We work the core with a few planks, open the hips with pigeons and anjaneyasana flowing into crescent lunge into triangle into half moon.
We work through the middle with twisted wide-legged forward folds and practice balance with skandasana. We do some floor core work followed by 2 variations of bridge pose.
I don't know why the mic doesn't work and then completely doesn't work at the end of this class. But it's still a good one. Just twist on both sides and do savasana on your own. Sorry for the technical difficulties.
