Foot and ankle problems can mean back and hip pain, and all kinds of pain, really. So paying attention to and sending healing energy and love to your feet that support your whole entire body is always a good idea.
All levels welcome. Props needed: block and maybe a blanket to support the knees. Flow through a variety of relaxing and vibrant poses with your breath - focus on sending healing to the feet and ankles.
Poses include but not limited to: twisted lunge variation, warrior 3, thunder bolt pose, and ardha hanumanasana and variations.
