Yoga Flow for Acceptance: Open Hearts & Hips to Release Resistance + Pranayama
We start with a meditation to center ourselves and feel the resistance we feel toward a person or situation that we feel negatively toward. You might want to have a blanket, but that is optional.
This an all levels, 20-minute yoga flow to open hips with poses like pigeon and skandasana.
Then we do core work and open the heart and front of the body with balancing ball and purvottanasana. Then down to the floor for ball and bridge. We sit up in the end to practice sitkari pranayama which is a slow acceptance, a nod and a yes.
Use the mantras as you see fit.
