Yoga Flow to Help You Choose Love over Fear
All levels Vinyasa Flow class to accept and release fear, and then to breathe in love, and give it away. Energy must flow, it must move. Love and fear are two sides of the same energy that must come into you and out of you like breath.
This 20-minute class takes you through a meditation in which we call up and completely accept a fear in our lives. Then we flow through hip and heart openers, and is perfectly grounding at the same time. Release with breath work and hip openers like anjaneyasana and pigeon chair.
Then we breathe in love through a flow of warriors followed by a final twist in ardha matsyendrasana. No props. But breath will be so important. Much love to you, may you have the discipline and strength to choose it.
