You Are the Sun: Quick Warm-up Yoga Flow to Start Your Day
This short practice is everything you need to stoke your inner fire. No props are needed and all levels welcome. Blood circulation will be increased and muscles will be warmed. We do some core work, a variation of sun salutation A and sun salutation B.
Be prepared to use your breath, specifically your exhales to get in touch with your own light within. This flow is followed by Breath of Fire pranayama and a short savasana. Then be prepared to move through your day with fire and vibrancy, a warm light within.
